  The Very Erotic Sequel to
"Shampoo" is about two brothers who are partners in a hairdressing salon who always compete for their female clients.
One day as their egos are swelling, they make a bet to see which one of them could get the most women in one night. They
each put up their part of the business as a prize. To help them get more girls, they have a party that evening. Rene and
the other girls show up and the smoldering hot action gets started. In the end it doesn't matter who ends up winning the
bet because in this movie, there are NO losers. Both Brothers and everyone else wind up winning.

  This movie came out in 1976 when the Golden Age of Porn was well underway. By this time
hardcore movie makers began adopting the story lines of a number of popular film forms: horror (Sexorcist Devil), teen
(Beach Blanket Bango), sci-fi (Flesh Gordon), and high concept (Urban Cowgirls). The producers used the storylines of
mainstream genres as a vehicle to fill in between the hard core sex scenes, which was the real attraction for the
audiences. Like the films produced in the sexploitation era, these films parodied the movies whose storylines they
adopted. Audiences, of course, went to see the sex, but in the process they got something more: a satire of the
traditional Hollywood films that made fun of the devises used by the more traditional films to string their story
together.
  
  Cream Rinse is portrayed as a sequel to the award winning mainstream movie Shampoo, a satire
itself which was renowned for its sharp satire of late-1960s sexual and social mores. Shampoo, in 1975, was the fourth
most successful film by box office takings. 
  
  Cream Rinse, which was a sexploitation of Shampoo, may not
have had the biting satire of Shampoo, nor the mainstream appeal, but more than made up for it for its rating on the
Empornium perv-o-meter. In one hilarious scene, a happy customer, who when one brother aimed his blowdryer on her bush,
exclaimed "I've never had my hair done like this before! A highlight of the party is when the legendary John Holmes
shows up and delivers a huge payload to his ex-wife's face from his fourteen incher. And of course, the main attraction
is our own little favorite, Rene Bond, who sixty nines with one brother before taking it in missionary, cowgirl, and
reverse cowgirl positions by the other brother, who finishes by climaxing all over her butt by banging her doggy
style.
