JD E Turk sono eccitati per la prospettiva della Serata della Bistecca che fanno ogni anno. Ma tra Ed che si dimostra una trascinatore di folle e Denise che raggiunge gradi di perfidia sempre più spettacolari, si imbattono in George, un malato terminale senza più nessuno al mondo. JD e Turk decidono di sacrificare la loro serata per tenergli compagnia e cercare di fargli passare la paura della morte. Finiranno per ammettere che nessuno ne è immune e parleranno di tutto e niente fino a quando Geroge non chiuderà definitivamente gli occhi. All'inizio della puntata la Dr. Maddox confermerà su JD la stessa opionione che ne aveva Cox, ed incontrerà Jordan per la prima volta, colpendola immediatamente nel suo punto debole. Ma a metà della puntata si riveleranno una coppia affiatata.
