About This Game
She was the love of my life and she was dying. We heard of an ancient relic buried deep within a tomb. A lantern which could hold onto one's soul even after they passed away. The soul would be protected and would in turn protect those close to them as a knife made of whispers. I could not bear to be without her and so together we entered the tomb. After days of searching with both of us weak and nearly at our ends we came across the lantern. But her sickness had instilled in me an unnatural and terrifying fear of death. And in my weakness my fear overtook me and I did the unforgivable. I threw her to the side and took the lantern for myself giving my own soul to it. But she hit the ground too hard and died. After days of weeping with the lantern watching over me. I began making my way back up. I could not find the entrance. I cannot find the entrance still. I could have had her beside me for these many years. Instead I wander these halls alone and forever and every time I die the lantern brings me back.
