Plot:
The story is set after the original TV series, with Harlock on a self-imposed exile and his crew either in jail or flying under the Jolly Roger. The series details Harlock's return and his round-up the Arcadia crew for a fight against the Noo, a mysterious and ancient evil which has caused the Earth to disappear, and who use fear to conquer their foes. Although nearly every part of this series is geared to be a sequel to the original Captain Harlock, Endless Odyssey reintroduces Tadashi Daiba to the Arcadia.
Trama:
Gli uomini hanno abbandonato il loro pianeta natale e colonizzato senza controllo l’intero spazio. Ma non sono riusciti a cambiare la loro natura, le ingiustizie ed il degrado sono presenti ovunque e pochi privilegiati controllano il destino di tutti.
L’era dei pirati spaziali, gli ultimi uomini liberi, pare ormai volgere al termine con la cattura della piratessa Kei Yuki, l’ultimo membro della vecchia ciurma di Herlock ancora in libertà . Ma proprio in questo momento di crisi cominciano a diffondersi strane voci: pare che i morti tornino in vita ed in una zona del desolato pianeta Cumulo di Rifiuti sia stato avvistato Capitan Herlock!
