Il
commissario Pierre Niémans (Jean Reno), noto investigatore della Polizia Criminale, viene mandato nella
piccola
città universitaria di Guernon nelle Alpi Francesi per indagare sulla morte del bibliotecario della facoltà.
Il corpo di quest’ultimo è stato ritrovato in alta montagna, sospeso nel vuoto e barbaramente mutilato.
Nel frattempo, il giovane detective Max Kerkérian (Vincent Cassel), nella piccola cittadina di Sarzac, sta
indagando
sulla profanazione della tomba di una bambina di 10 anni morta nel 1982.
A Guernon, Niémans
rinviene un secondo cadavere, con le stesse mutilazioni della prima vittima.
Altri non è che il sospettato che
Kerkérian stava cercando...

Detective superintendent Pierre Niémans (Jean Reno), a
well-known investigator, is sent to the small university
town of Guernon in the French Alps to investigate the
brutal murder of local university librarian.
The victim's body has been found inside a mountain, hanging in mid-air
and wildly mutilated.
Meanwhile, the young detective inspector Max Kerkérian (Vincent Cassel) in the little town
of Sarzac is investigating
the desecration of the grave of a 10 years old girl who died in 1982.
His first
suspects, a gang of skinheads, lead him to Guernon, where his investigation collides with that of Superintendent
Niémans discovers in Guernon a second body, with the same mutilations of the first victim.
He’s nothing
than the suspect looked by Kerkérian...

Légende vivante de la police française, le
commissaire Pierre Niémans (Jean Reno) se rend dans la ville universitaire
de Guernon, afin d'enquêter sur le
meurtre du bibliothécaire de la faculté locale.
Le corps de ce dernier a été retrouvé dans la
montagne, suspendu dans le vide et sauvagement mutilé.
Dans la petite ville de Sarzac, le jeune lieutenant Max
Kerkérian (Vincent Cassel) enquête quant à lui sur la profanation
