Alternative solution though... using VLC Media Player:
1 open the Movie and hit pause
2 click on "tools" and select "track synchronization"
3 on the "Synchronization" tab, "Audio/Video" section: click the ^ or just input + "0.500s"
and voila sync fixed ;)
That's for the PC users only, can't help you if you're gonna burn it and use a different media type :(
