IRC = Internet Relay Chat, Hosted by the russian website booktracker.org, (seriously, it's a Russian website,
and everytyhing is posted in russian!)
however the IRC BoOKs list is their huge compendium of ENGLISH language books that have been published
and have been archived -- (over 25o,000 books in 458 GB of Disk Space)...
they have been coming out with english "IRC Bookz" lists since 2001) (went to monthly in 2011)....
Seriously, i am uploading the torrents one at a time, but posting the mag links for all
inside the torrent there are two lists
