Plot:
Franco called "Prickly Pear", arrived in Rome from Sicily to take part in a
competition of karate, winning which will have the chance to become traffic wardens. But the competition is very tough,
because France decided to refine his knowledge of martial arts by subscribing to the gym of the great Who Lay Kon. He
has a terrible rival, The With The, in whose service they act three very strong samurai. Lay Kon Who decides therefore
to coach Franco using an ancient fighting technique ...

title The most nerve head in all of China!, The film was released for the first time in Italy August 30, 1973.
* It
was also distributed abroad, in France, entitled Le roi du kung fu (February 1976), and Greece, initially called Franco
- Ciccio sti hora tou karate and later as Franco - Ciccio: Pius dynatoi ap 'ton Bruce Lee.
* All those involved,
while remaining the setting to a Sicilian in Rome, the Chinese have fanciful names such as the Kon-chi master-lai and
his opponent Lho-with-tea, and wear clothes pseudo-Chinese, despite references to Sicily. I notice the pun "Mandarin of
Sicily.
* Note that both Enzo Andronico Giancarlo Fusco are dubbed by the late Ferruccio Amendola, while the actor
playing the traitor Aldo Marama said "Maramaldo" said the voice of Gianfranco Bellini.

Trama:
Franco soprannominato "Fico d'India", giunge a Roma dalla Sicilia per
prendere parte a una gara di karatè, vincendo la quale avrà la possibilità di diventare vigile urbano. Ma la
competizione è molto dura, perciò Franco decide di perfezionare la sua conoscenza delle arti marziali iscrivendosi
alla palestra del grande Kon Chi Lay. Costui ha un terribile rivale, Lo Con The, al cui servizio agiscono tre fortissimi
samurai. Kon Chi Lay decide perciò di allenare Franco servendosi di un'antica tecnica di lotta...

Curiosità

* Annunciato inizialmente con il titolo La capa più tosta di tutta la Cina!, il film è
uscito per la prima volta in Italia il 30 agosto 1973.
* È stato distribuito anche all'estero, per esempio in
Francia, con il titolo Le roi du kung fu (nel febbraio 1976), e in Grecia, dapprima intitolato Franco - Ciccio, sti hora
tou karate e in seguito come Franco - Ciccio: Pio dynatoi ap' ton Bruce Lee.
* Tutti gli attori, pur restando
l'ambientazione quella di un siciliano a Roma, hanno fantasiosi nomi cinesi, come il maestro Kon-chi-lai e l'avversario
Lho-con-tè, e vestono gli abiti pseudo-cinesi, pur con richiami alla sicilia. Noto il gioco di parole "il mandarino
di Sicilia".
* Da notare che sia Enzo Andronico che Giancarlo Fusco sono doppiati dal compianto Ferruccio Amendola,
mentre l'attore che interpreta il traditore Aldo Marama detto "Maramaldo" ha la voce di Gianfranco Bellini.
