Originally released in 1999, then a few years later 'Beyond The...' was given a
domestic pressing with two bonus tracks. Which is the 15-minute "Floating At The Gates Of Dawn" with guest Nik
Turner on sax and flute and a cover of Pink Floyd's "Point Me To The Sky". As for the initial album, I love it
all. It's one of the better psychedelic / space rock titles I've heard in sometime. "Perpetuum Morality"
sounds like a spaced-out Status Quo, and "Rewind The Time", "Der Hieronimus Bosch Trip" as well as
"Magic Rushroom" show you just what MGLS is fully capable of. These gifted players combine out-of-this-world
sound effects, superb acidic guitar playing, sometime British-sounding vocals and masterful organ swirling to create a
form of galactic magic that is rarely heard today. Fans of Darxtar, Spacious Mind, Anubian Lights, Gong, Asteroid #4,
classic Hawkwind, Legendary Pink Dots and Abunai! will eat this up. 100% essential. Another German band to add to your

Pretty much a German take on the UK festival band scene, and every bit as trippy as their
counterparts could be.  With its driving bass and drums being much the same, Ozric and Hawkwind fans alike will find
