  though it plays fine with using various players such as VLC (which support x265 HEVC) and also on
various Android-devices.
  So, don't bother hooking up your outdated WD-MediaPlayer, etc. It will most likely NOT
support the x265-codec.
  
  If you want to play it on your PC, you can easily use VLC, MPC-HC, GOM Player or
any other modern media player. just be sure you got the latest version of them.
