Description

Dark Side of The Moon DVD-A Rip by me(Ra-bit) This is NOT the audio of a DVD video. DVD-Audio is similar to Super Audio
CD(SACD). It's a music disc.

I used PPCMRipper and WinDVD6.

Then encoded the resulting files with eac3to (wav -> FLAC files).

You can play FLAC(Free Lossless Audio Codec) files with Winamp, Foobar2000 or any similar software. You will need a
24bit sound card.(Audigy , X-fi etc.) The portable FLAC players won't play these files.



I have done this to encourage 24bit 96khz music. Please share your DVD-A discs using the method I told you.



If your disc is encrypted you have to decrypt it using dvdaripper and windvd 5-6-7.(old ones)

These software are a bit hard to find on official web sites because of lawyers threatening the programmers and
webmasters.



The size of these files are large but they are high quality and surround (4187kbps).

Note that 320kbps mp3's are considered very good so you may not be able to differentiate between these files.



Although I have to admit I didn't like this album. There are some really boring songs. I hope PINK FLOYD lovers will
like this high clarity sound.
