Plot:
Franco Colombo (Renato Pozzetto) has always been passionate about
flowers, lives in Varese doing gardening, maintained by Uncle Fortunato, owner of a firm of canned meat; the death of
his uncle, becomes the new president and is responsible Advocate Company in order to avoid bankruptcy, to go to Rome to
deliver 100 million into the hands of Mr corrupt ministry, an important order for supplies abroad. Landed at Fiumicino
airport, which was used in the car to get to Rome is the fifth Cecioni, said "Er Trash" (Tomas Milian), a thief just out
of Rome jail. Once in Rome, the two spend the evening together, but the next morning, when Franco came to the ministry
at the time to deliver the suitcase to find that inside, instead of millions, there are just rolls of toilet paper.
Initially, Franco suspected that the culprit is his fifth under its previous, but in reality it is innocent: the two, so
you put together in search of money. After many hilarious adventures, eventually discover, thanks to the cunning of the

double agent), and will, overnight, to recover it secretly to his house Varese. Back in Rome, Franco can finally deliver
the money, but discovers that Mr fifth is a regular visitor to a brothel run by her friend and, in light of this, so
that Franco will get the contract for the supply without paying a penny. The film ends with Franco again for the fifth
Varese's sister (Anna Maria Rizzoli), then that is likely to become his wife, also proposes a fifth to keep a portion of
100 million. Fifth but would like them all because, as initially needed to be delivered - Grant - Mr corrupt, so might
as well go to him, but had helped to recover: Franco, without thinking twice, agrees and gives them to him more ...

Trama:
Franco Colombo (Renato Pozzetto), da sempre appassionato di
fiori, vive a Varese facendo giardinaggio, mantenuto dallo Zio Fortunato, titolare di una ditta di carni in scatola;
alla morte dello zio, diviene nuovo presidente dell'azienda e viene incaricato dall'avvocato della ditta, al fine di
evitare il fallimento, di recarsi a Roma per consegnare 100 milioni nelle mani di un onorevole corrotto del ministero,
per ottenere un'importante commessa di forniture all'estero. Sbarcato a Fiumicino, nell'auto che doveva usare per
arrivare a Roma trova Quinto Cecioni, detto "Er Monnezza" (Tomas Milian), un ladruncolo romano appena uscito di galera.
Giunti a Roma, i due trascorrono la serata insieme, ma la mattina dopo, quando Franco giunge al ministero, al momento di
consegnare la valigetta, scopre che all'interno, al posto dei milioni, vi sono solo rotoli di carta igienica.
Inizialmente, Franco sospetta che il colpevole sia proprio Quinto in virtù dei suoi precedenti, ma in realtà
quest'ultimo è innocente: i due, quindi, insieme si mettono alla ricerca dei soldi. Dopo varie esilaranti peripezie,
alla fine scopriranno, grazie alla scaltrezza di Quinto, che la valigetta è stata furtivamente scambiata in albergo
dallo stesso avvocato dell'azienda (rivelatosi quindi un doppiogiochista), ed andranno, nottetempo, a recuperarla di
nascosto fino a casa sua a Varese. Tornati a Roma, Franco può finalmente consegnare il denaro, ma Quinto scopre che
l'onorevole è un assiduo frequentatore di un bordello gestito da una sua amica e, alla luce di ciò, farà in
modo che Franco ottenga l'appalto della fornitura senza pagare un soldo. Il film si chiude con Franco che riparte per
Varese con la sorella di Quinto (Anna Maria Rizzoli), che probabilmente diverrà poi la sua donna, proponendo
altresì a Quinto di tenersi una parte dei 100 milioni. Quinto però li vorrebbe tutti in quanto, dal momento che
inizialmente dovevano essere consegnati - a fondo perduto - all'onorevole corrotto, tanto valeva che andassero a lui,
che invece aveva contribuito a recuperarli: Franco, senza pensarci due volte, acconsente e glieli regala tutti...
