EngineBinariesWin64UE4Editor.exe 
  -It will take a min or so to start up so give it time	
  -run as
administrator	 
  -After it starts up it will compile the shaders which takes time

  2. Open shortcut
(Run as administrator)					 
  3. Let it compile shaders (does it automatically)

  -This is already compiled and ready to go all you have to do
is install it and run shortcut.
  -"Updates are optional" just fixes some mistakes within the installer
  To install the updates just overwrite the setup files and then install
  -Previous Updates are not needed

 -it is best to install to your c: drive instead of c:program files this will fix both issues below
