IF YOU CAN'T FIND THE "Get Windows 10" Logo this might solve you're problem. I had the same problem and this helped me.
How to use:
1. Run the "win10fixfull" as Administrator.
2. Read the text above, and press any key.
3. You'll get four options, first run the "Check Update Status" to check if you have the updates required.
4. If you got all the required Updates Installed, choose 2, 3 or 4. Start with 2 when done, check if the Windows 10 Logo-
Appears on the taskbar. If not try 3 if you still don't see the Windows 10 Logo try 4. If that didn't work your PC is not-
qualified.
